Details:
The G-1 class geomagnetic storm sparked auroras last night in the Bitterroot Valley of western Montana. I used a Sony A6000 DSLR equipped with an 8mm wide-angle "fisheye" lens to capture these images. Green auroral spikes reached upwards with the Milky Way arching high overhead.
