When working on the planetarium oil pintings for 'When Worlds Epurt" 20 years ago, space artist Merry Edenton-Wooten portrayed a thin lunar atmopshere with a breeze carrying sulfurous fumes to the left of the flow in her image of lunar formation. She had earlier accurately predicted the sheets of steam erupting over the south pole of Enceladus, and the many nitrogen fumeroles of the edge of Sputnik Plania on Pluto.
