Details:
Scintillation or "Twinkling" effect from the star Capella. When low to the horizon Capella twinkles intensely flashing various colours similar the Star Sirius the skies brightest star. Capella is the 6th brightest star(not sure if that is correct) and 3rd brightest in the Northern Hemisphere. Look for it toward the North after sunset.
