Was set up to take photos of ISS released shutter set at 25 seconds setting right when the flair by the moon appeared then moments later realized the ISS was at right of my frame. Heavens above does not list an iridium flair for my location at 8:37PM on 9/26/2017

A satellite flare for sure, but most probably was not an Iridium, the flare is unusually short for that. Many other satellites have flares, some of them produce a series of them while crossing the sky.
