Details:
It was quite a treat to see one of the best aurora with my wife and young kids after driving a delightful scenic road on a Friday night. Huge aurora appeared after few hours of quiet sky while we parked in front of a beautiful southern inlet. Layers of curtains were glowing so strong the surrounding became quite green and movements of the aurora was fast and truly spectacular. Intense flickering and pulsing of the wide and overhead aurora made the moon lit scenery seem as if it was flashing all over the place. The aurora kept appearing and we enjoyed the thrilling sequences until it was close to twilight. Canon 6D 16-35mm at 16mm ISO 5000 f/4.0 5 sec Sony a7s 24mm ISO3200 f/2.4 3.2sec
