Details:
I came rom France to the USA and we decided to watch the eclipse in Missouri. We planed to stay in St-Joseph, which was exactly in the center of the totality path, but a storm was coming on the eclipse day morning. So we outran a heavy storm until we found a location with light cloud cover. I took 6 bracketed exposures (from 8ms to 256ms) using a ZWO ASI-1600MM astronomical camera and a Swarovski 80 HD Spotting Scopes telescope (focal length 800 mm, diameter 80 mm). I merged them in Photomatix Pro using Fusion/Natural and post-processed in Photoshop with an Unsharp Mask.
