Details:
The total eclipse is simply amazing to view! I don't have many words to describe the feeling you get when totality starts. It's incredible! This is a composite image of 25 photos shot during totality. I stacked and processed the photos in Photoshop, with a variety of techniques to bring out the coronal detail. Shutter speeds ranging from 1/1600 of a second to 8 seconds. I used a Canon 6D DSLR, Skywatchter ProED 80mm APO refractor telescope with a field flattener, on a Celestron AVX equatorial mount.
