Details:
My first total solar eclipse. Everything I ever dreamed of and more! Image is a combination of ten separate shots, captured from 12:15-1:12 pm CDT. Haze and drifting light clouds prevented a hard focus on the sun's disk. Nikon D7200 DSLR camera. 62mm solar filter for partial phases. Each shot is a best-selection from a 9-stop bracket, shot at 300mm, f/5.6, 640 ISO.
