Traveled to Franklin, Kentucky to see the total eclipse, It was amazing. I used a canon 1000d attached to a 80mm telescope. Iso 200,1/125 exposure

Sullyvan I was going to go to Kentucky Downs but ended up parking for free close to marathon gas and flying j travel center.

Thats cool. We were on the other side of the interstate, parked for free at HIE and sat under a tree for shade. Your photo is awesome. So glad we picked Franklin instead of Carbondale.

I thought maybe you might be the guy with the Celestron that was in the parking lot too. Ive been looking for his photos.
