Details:
Suspect our friends AR 2665 has survived to make it back to Earthside. Keishani Mays used her smartphone and PSC's Coronado 60 at 10 AM this morning to capture it right on the limb in hydrogen alpha. By 2 PM this afternoon, Tony Gilberson of the Pensacola News Journal was trying out the SkyWatcher Virtuoso with Baader solar filter from Draco Productions and had no problem imaging it farther in on the eastern limb with his smartphone. Both use the iOptron Smartphone adapter and eyepiece.
