Details:
The moon and sun taken with an Explore Scientific ED80 with a 2.5X barlow and Nikon D3100 DSLR. The moon has an apparent diameter somewhat smaller than the sun but on eclipse day (August 21st) the apparent diameter of the moon will be larger than that of the sun (see slide 2).
