Details:
Saw what initially looked like a double rainbow at RDU and thought hey that's neat. But as I looked a bit closer, I could tell it was a triple. With polarized sunglasses I could just make out a 4th! After doing some really crazy post processing adjustments in Lightroom 5 and CS5, there seems to be a "hint" of a 5th. Sometimes some really good software helps you see the unseen.

They are supernumerary rainbows, multiplying inside the main rainbow with thinner width.

Supernumerary rainbows.....Wow, never heard that term before. So I looked it up and found some very fascinating information.
