Details:
great post today by Brad Timerson. Here are 2 rainbows over the lake out front 2 years ago after afternoon storms. it routinely rains during sunshine here in Florida. Some people call it a sun shower or liquid sunshine. The first pic was in August, the second in January. The position of the rainbow shifted around 45deg to the right due to the shifting of the sun.
