Details:
Finally after looking for them almost the entire month of June, I managed to see and photograph the noctilucent clouds last night here in the Netherlands at only 52°N of latitude.
They consisted in only a small patch of clouds centered around the north and remained very close to the horizon. Compared to the displays that I witnessed last year from the same place, this one can be considered as minuscule!
The first photo was shot at 2:14 AM (local time) with a focal length of 200mm. By 2:27 (second shot), the NLC had become barely noticeable even to the naked eye (shot at 160mm).
However small the display was, I am nevertheless happy for this first apparition of the season for me!
