Details:
Two classic lunar craters imaged from Rome on May 5 2017. Clavius is one of the largest craters on the Moon.The small craters in sequence may allow to test the resolution of the telescope. The second craters is Plato: The flat floor of Plato has a relatively low albedo, in comparison to the surrounding rugged terrain. The floor is free of significant impact craters and lacks a central peak. I used a Mak Cassegrain 18 cm.
