Details:
I wanted to test what will give my K-line filter when imaging the full disk of the Sun with my Meade 10" Classic (2500 mm FL).
In order to reduce the size of the Sun on the ASI174MM sensor, I used 2 reducers in line, first a large Celestron Reducer/Corrector f/6.3 then a 1" 1/4, 0.5x (in between the camera and the K-line filter).
In those conditions (FL ~ 800 mm), the Sun could fit only in the width of the sensor (see picture 2) ! I then used the drifting technique I originally designed for the PST and described in this page http://sweiller.free.fr/ATM/PST-EOS.html to be able to capture all the Sun ! AS!3 was then capable in 'extend mode' to register all the movie using one of the sunspot visible all the time as anchor. Finally the image has been rotated to be oriented as GONG images.
