I created an approximate thermal map of the region 2644. Temperatures range from 7,000 deg F,the dark reds, to 11,000 deg F, the dark blues.The basic image was captured with a Coronado 40mm PST and a DMK41 camera. Note the Earth size scale in the lower right.
