"14-Second Separation," These two images were taken during the G1-G2 aurora storm of March 1, 2017. That night, Lady Aurora provided several amazing sights, including these two taken 14 seconds apart. Nikon D700, Samyang 12mm, f/2.8, ISO 3200, 2.5 seconds and 2 seconds respectively. The RAW image files were adjusted to 4600. No color saturation what so ever was added. Delta Junction, Alaska. March 1, 2017, 12:58am local time.
