Details:
The first impact on the Earth's magnetic field of a high-speed solar wind stream. The people in the picture are aurora hunters, who had yet to see any aurora borealis in their lives. In the night one heard excited cries and even some tears for the great heaven spectacle that filled the sky with green and red hues that were seen with at naked eye.
