Details:
The setting sun lights up Horsetail Falls at this time of year when conditions are ideal. The falls are over 1500 feet high falling from the rim of Yosemite Valley on the side of El Capitan. The recent heavy rains in California and a break in the weather made a spectacular display possible this year.
