I was looking at my psc - pictures when I noticed the Moon rising behind forest. It was behind clouds that looked like iridescent clouds. But because of I and dozens of other people had just saw polar stratospheric clouds a few hours ago, I realized that these clouds probably were the same thing. And they apparently were. I just don't know if polar stratospheric clouds have ever been observed in moonlight before?
