Details:
Conjunction of the Moon, Venus, and Mars above the frozen surface of Lake Mary near Flagstaff, Arizona. The image is a vertical panorama stitched from three images. These were taken with a wide-angle lens. A fourth image was taken using the telephoto end of the zoom lens and the two sets of images were blended together. Nikon D700, 1/4 sec, f/8, ISO 200, 24mm and 120 mm.
