Photo taken on January 24, 2017. Narrative: We have had a really terrific snowstorm in Pinedale for the last 36 hours. As the storm cleared this evening and the temperatures plummeted we were treated to a spectacular display of Light Pillars from lights in Pinedale. A friend recently commented that light pillars are like our version of the aurora borealis. Some truth in that statement. This is a 30-second exposure using a 5d3/Zeiss 21 at 3.2. ISO--200./djb
