Details:
Comet Honda-Mrkos-Pajdusakova reached perihelion on New Year's Eve shining at 7 mag. I observed it from a mountain location with clear air and unobstructed view. Here it is together with young Moon.
The second photo is shot at 200mm focal lenght.
