Details:
There have been quite a few bright meteors in the southern skies of Puerto Rico so I decided to set up my camera to see if I can catch one and got lucky.
This one was not only bright but it was also very long. Using Starry Night software I calculated it to be approx. 30 degrees long.
Taken on Dec. 30, 2016 at 11:15pm local time(03:15:51 UTC on Dec. 31st). I used a full spectrum Canon T3 with an 18mm lens at F/3.5 for 5 seconds at iso 3200.
