Details:
There has been very little direct sunlight in these parts for several days. It was nice to see a not completely featureless sun this morning.

Solarmax 60II f/6.6, Canon XTi ISO 800, 1/250 sec. East and West are reversed.

The surface and prominence shots are 5 layer stacks. Treated with Lynkeos' Lucy-Richardson algorithm and Photoshop for stacking, montage and colour. Montreal, Quebec, Canada
