Details:
We’ve just been away camping and with the super Moon still firmly on my mind, I was determined to try and capture a photo of the Moon rising through the trees that were on top of the rolling hills towards the eastern horizon where we were staying. Just after midnight I got so excited to see the soft moonlight behind the hills and then the Moon came up through the tree branches…it was just so pretty, I nearly forgot to take the images! My image was taken with a Canon 70D camera and a Canon 100-400mm lens with a 2x converter attached making a focal length of 1250mm on a tripod. The exposure was 1/30th second and ISO 800.
