Details:
Previewing this morning's bright predawn ISS pass over my town of Cody , Wyoming (USA) at the Heavens-Above website, two things became apparent. First, the space station would pop out of the Earth's shadow in the constellation Orion. Second, the station would make a near-zenith transit, at 87° altitude , and was very bright at a magnitude of -3.4 about the same as planet Venus' best.
Exposure was 30 secs. at f/11 using ISO 1600 on my Nikon D5300 dslr and Tokina ATX 11-16mm lens, equivalent focal length of 16mm.
