Details:
Tonight's Hunter's Moon is also the first of three consecutive Supermoons. Luna is a true attention hog....it always steals the show with its reflected sunlight drowning out so many other distant lights in the nighttime sky. Imaged the 16% larger than average Full Moon using a Meade 10-inch SCT with an f/6.3 focal reducer and a Canon XS DSLR ISO 100, 1/1000 second exposure.
