For video clip of this event: https://www.flickr.com/photos/79387036@N07/29935601486/in/dateposted/ Based on Spaceweather.com alert for potential aurora this morning, I set up my Nikon d7000, Nikkor 35mm f/1.4 @ f/4, iso 1100, 30 sec exposure to see if I could record any activity. Despite not seeing the green glow and red rays in this clip, I was pleased to capture the it. This clip runs from 1:15AM to 4:15AM with outbursts at 2:15PM, 3:20PM through the end. I suspect areas to my north saw a great display.
