Venus rising next to Roque Nublo, an enormous basalt monolith of 80 meters, located in the center of the island of Gran Canaria (Canary Islands) to 1800 meters. On the right the Roque Bentaiga, place of worship for the ancient natives of the island. In the background the Teide volcano seen on the island of Tenerife, about 106 km away, the highest point in Spain to 3718 meters. Canon 700D. ISO 800, 10s exposure
