Details:
It was a very warm and calm day in the Bay Area. The sky looked promising with the high clouds and clear horizon, so I decided to try to capture a green flash. There were a few, not very bright, but still nice green flashes during this sunset, but what attracted my attention were clouds or rather mirage of them. The mirage looked as a familiar superior mirage of the sun or of terrestrial objects. There was only one problem with it being a superior mirage: the miraged clouds were way too high above the horizon for a superior mirage. In any case I've never seen anything like that before. Here's a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWFnt_Fdpzs I filmed. There are very small, and not very bright green flashes above the clouds too.
