Details:
Rainbows are actually rarer than green flashes (green flashes are harder to spot of course),but in Hawaii I observed rainbows practically every day. This double rainbow appeared over Mauna Kea. If counted from the bottom of the ocean Mauna Kea is the tallest mountain on the Earth. Counted from the bottom of the ocean Mauna Kea is over 10,000 meters tall while Everest is 8,850 meters tall. You cannot see on this wide angle image, but the second image shows telescopes at Mauna Kea.
