The "filaprom" rotating onto the disk Tuesday now extends about a third of the way across the Sun. AR 2585 is also flaring. Dr. Vansh Ramachandran of Pensacola State tried out his new iPhone 6 with the Coronado 60, 2X barlow, 12mm Plossl and iOptron smartphone adapter.
