‘Wow’ the western sky looked absolutely spectacular this evening with the three planets Mercury, Venus and Jupiter making a beautiful close conjunction in the evening sky. The sky was so clear you can even see a couple of the moons of Jupiter around the planet.
We are away camping at the moment and I had to work my way around a lot of trees and campfires to capture an image…but I did it :-)
Image taken with a Canon 70D camera and a Canon 100-400mm lens set at 190mm, exposure time was 1.3 seconds and ISO 4000.
