Details:
Was not expecting to be shooting the northern lights last night but I did and it was great! By the time it got dark we where just able to catch the last of the storm and it was not disapointing. The Milkyway and Andromeda galaxies add so much depth too the already stunning views of Lake Superiors eastern shores.

I think this is a fantastic photo, and it is not a lucky shot. The pebbles on the beach are like reflected by the stars i the Milky Way, WOW !!!. Still I wonder, is it is a composite ?. I do not see any reflection of aurora borealis in the water, which would have made the scene absolutely perfect. Anyway congratulations with a very nice job !
