Details:
Here in Oregon, west of Portland by about 45 miles, the Perseid meteor shower was a bit of a disappointment, as the number of meteors observed was only a little more than that for an average year. This meteor is unusual, in that it is mostly green. No color correction - white balance on a Nikon D500 was set for daylight. Dark sky with the Milky Way galaxy visible. Location was in the coastal range of mountains.
