Details:
For the hour after midnight (BST) rates were very high, at least as high as I have seen during the peak of a strong Geminids and the strongest shower I have personally seen. It was cloudy before local midnight (23UT), but I am sure that it was just as strong before that because the high rates were apparent as soon as the cloud dispersed.
