Details:
Last night July 11-12 very strong reflected audio signals from an Eastern Europe analog television station on my instruments. PMSE or Polar Mesosperic Summer Echo signals for the second time this month and again in a night with visible NLC's or Noctilucent Clouds. There is a possible relation between PMSE,NLC's and Gravity Waves but it is a mystery.
