Details:
Sunday night was hazy at Waterton Lakes National Park, Alberta, but that added a photogenic halo around the Full Moon on solstice eve. These are images from Red Rock Canyon and from Driftwood Beach of the haloed Moon in a hazy night sky in the southern Canadian Rocky Mountains. Between the bright night of solstice and the light of the Full Moon this was a very bright night indeed!
