Details:
A diffuse aurora, panorama, with a pond shot thrown in while I was driving home. The aurora help promise all night but turned out to be just a tease as our magnetosphere held up strong.

How beautiful is the left picture ! Even romantic. But its also very enigmatic. The slightly cloudy blue green skyreflection upon the lakes water surface makes like a field covered with melting snowdrifts.
