Transit of Mercury, 9th May 2016. Captured through thin cloud from the UK in Hydrogen Alpha light, this background prominence gives Mercury the appearance of having a cometary tail. Lunt LS152, PGR Flea3, with a TeleVue 2.5x Barlow.
