Details:
The Mercury transit started around 1:10pm local time here in the east of the Netherlands. I positioned myself on the roof of the apartment building where I live. I am using a 500mm lens together with a 2x extender, giving me a focal length of 1000mm. Here is a crop of the beginning of the transit. I will post more photos later!
