Details:
Very interesting in that they pulsed, like a blinking traffic light. They moved and swayed much more than normal. I was shooting with a Nikon D750 and a 14mm lens, at ASA 800 initially, and then I bumped it to 1600. Most of the exposures were either 6 or 8 seconds at f4.
