Details:
Comet 252/P Linear is now visible in Sagittarius, 2 hours before sunrise (except the bright Moon isn't helping). Here is a 4 second exposure, ISO 800, 100 mm focal length lens with Nikon D600 on a fixed tripod (5:05 AM MST). I have also labelled the Messier objects M6 and M7 for comparison. It is very diffuse, and hard to spot even with 10x50 binoculars.
