Details:
Tonight around 8pm I was watching the news when my wife and son came home. He's ringing the doorbell a lot, so I didn't think of anything when I opened. Both yelled, come out, look, what's that next to the moon? My guess was moon dogs and surely they were, but in these intense colors I've never seen them. Didn't loose time and took a few photos. Then I drove to a better location but there was 'only' a normal halo anymore :)

..and mind the bright pillar through the moon. This pillar is a halo feature too!
