Incredible! Comet 252P/LINEAR passing by the LMC galaxy shining in green brighter than the tarantula nebula to the right of it. Captured like *right now* with just a Canon 70D and the "nifty 50"mm f1.8 lens and a simple tripod. 16 x 6s @ ISO 3200. This is why I often tell people looking to start with astrophotography not to buy a telescope - just get a camera!
