The eclipsed Sun with the big prominence of the total solar eclipse of March 9th, 2016 with part of the chromosphere. They are also visible smaller prominences, an active area on the inner corona (left) and the irregular profile of lunar disk. From Kota Pulu, south of Palu (Central Sulawesi), Indonesia.

Juan Carlos, nice work! Which lens did you use? Were you on a tracking mount? Very impressive prominences, this is what I saw with dark adapted eyes through my 10x25 spotting scope.
