Details:
I got to the lake quite early (8 pm) in the evening because it was expected to get cloudy later (you can see the clouds already approaching on the horizon). It wasn't the best moment to shoot auroras but it was dark enough and indeed it was a nice subtle show. The ice sheet over the lake gave eerie sounds all the time. Like there was a very deep voiced blue whale singing under the ice but it was just from the normal ice expansion movement.
