Details:
Was out guiding tonight for Lights Over Lapland with co guide Sarah Skinner. We had a great tour with excited quests due to the good aurora forecast. The guests had a great show as the CME started to reach us. After the tour the cloud and the wind came in but we headed back out anyway. What aurora photographer wouldn't? After a while the clouds disappeared and the coronas started. Finally got back to Abisko village and saw this amazing display above the old train station. Not had chance to process the images properly and I need to be up early for work. Just thought I'd share so you could see the impact of the CME :) PS the straight into the corona shot was at 0.4 of a second shutter speed!
